The Instructional Coach will collaborate with teachers across all grade levels to enhance instructional practices, improve student learning outcomes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess strong pedagogical knowledge, effective communication skills, and a passion for supporting educators in their professional growth.
Position: Full time/Exempt
Work Schedule: A typical work day consists of 8 hours plus a half-hour unpaid lunch break, 5 days per week; however, as a salaried employee, work hours may vary based on the school's needs.
