Guest Teacher

Dayspring Academy is accepting applications for qualified guest teachers for K-12. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who desire to teach and nurture our Dayspring learners!

OVERVIEW

Position: Part-time (called in as needed)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Arrive at the designated times.
Must be available with a day's notice. At times you may be called at 7 AM to work that day.
Follow the lesson plans left by the teacher in accordance with the school’s philosophy, goals, and objectives.
Meet and instruct assigned classes in the locations and at the times designated.
Establish and maintain order in the classroom.
Maintain a classroom environment that is conducive to effective learning.
Take all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect learners, materials, equipment, and facilities
Assist in upholding and enforcing school rules, administrative regulations, and School policies.
Cooperate with school personnel.
Establish and maintain cooperative relations with other employees.
Report to the principal or his/her designee at the beginning and end of the school day.
Other responsibilities as directed by the teacher and principal.
