Harmony Campus is seeking a dynamic and data-driven Targeted Instruction & ESE Teacher to support the growth and success of our learners. This role will provide targeted instruction and ESE services for learners.

Position: Full time/Exempt, 10 month position

RESPONSIBILITES

Duties of this position include but are not limited to:

• Provide targeting instruction to Tier 3 learners.
• Provide ESE services to ESE learners.
• Partner with classroom teachers, ESE teachers, Instructional Coaches, and target instruction para to align interventions with core instruction.
• Use consistent school-wide practices and individualized methods to engage learners in the classroom.
• Use a variety of assessment data to refine curricula and instructional practice.
• Evaluate academic achievement through detailed data analysis of learner performance.
• Collaborate vertically and horizontally with teaching teams to ensure learner success. 
• Assume personal responsibility for the academic progress and data of all learners.
• Communicate effectively and maintain strong relationships with learners, families, and staff.
• Uphold a professional demeanor, strong work-ethic, detail-driven work style with excellent organizational skills.
• Retain a commitment to getting the job done well, no matter what the obstacles or how long it takes.
• Dedicated to learner success and to building relationships through activities outside of the normal work day such as arts productions, after school clubs, and school-wide events. 
• Performing other responsibilities, as directed.
