Ivy Hawn Charter School of the Arts is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Exceptional Student Education (ESE) Teacher – Support Facilitation to support students with disabilities in meeting their academic and developmental goals. This role focuses on providing specially designed instruction, ensuring appropriate accommodations are implemented, and supporting classroom teachers in meeting the needs of students with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

Provide specially designed instruction and support for students with disabilities in accordance with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
Ensure all accommodations and services outlined in IEPs, BIPs, and educational plans are implemented with fidelity.
Collect, maintain, and report progress monitoring data for students receiving ESE services.
Develop IEP goals and objectives and report present levels of performance as required by state and district timelines.
Attend eligibility, placement, and IEP meetings as required.
Collaborate with general education teachers to support implementation of accommodations and modifications.
Provide guidance and support to classroom teachers regarding best practices for supporting students with disabilities.
Maintain accurate records of services, supports, and progress monitoring data.
Ensure confidentiality of all student records and personally identifiable information.
Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and school events as directed by administration.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an educational field or equivalent as defined by Florida Administrative Code (FAC) 6A-1.0503.
Hold or be eligible to hold a valid Florida Educator Certificate in Exceptional Student Education (ESE).
Expertise in specially designed instruction and differentiated learning strategies.
Strong understanding of assessment, data analysis, and progress monitoring.
Experience supporting inclusive classrooms and collaborating with general education teachers.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Commitment to student advocacy and inclusive education practices.
